Delivery & fulfilment policy
We do not post anything to anybody. What you buy here is time in a bay and it is delivered at our premises on the date and at the hour you picked. This page sets out exactly what you receive, how quickly and what happens if it goes wrong.

What we sell
Stingers sells access to indoor golf simulator bays, together with club hire, at The Collecthive, Circular Dr, Pinelands, Gqeberha, 6070, South Africa.
Food and drink are ordered from the independent traders at The Collecthive and carried to your bay. Those are their sales, not ours, and they are settled with them directly. Nothing you pay Stingers is for food or drink.
We do not sell physical goods online. Nothing is posted, couriered, dispatched, shipped or exported and there are no delivery charges of any kind because there is nothing to deliver anywhere.

What you receive and when
The moment your booking completes, we send an email confirmation to the address you gave us. It carries your booking reference, the date, the start time, the duration, the bay number, the number of players, any club hire and the total paid in Rand. That email is your proof of purchase and it is what we work from at the desk.
It normally arrives within a minute or two. If it has not landed after a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first, then email us at bookings@stingersindoor.co.za and we will resend it. Your booking is confirmed and held whether or not the email reaches you. The email is the receipt, not the reservation.
How the service is delivered
Your bay is reserved exclusively for you for the exact period you booked. Nobody else can be sold that time.
- Arrive a few minutes before your start time.
- Give your name or booking reference at the desk.
- We take you to your bay and get the simulator set up for your group.
- If you booked club hire, the sets are issued to you at the desk.
- The bay is yours for the full booked duration, timed from your booked start.
Everyone playing signs the indemnity once. You can do that in advance from your phone, which saves a few minutes at the desk.
Where the service is delivered
On our premises only, at The Collecthive, Circular Dr, Pinelands, Gqeberha, 6070, Eastern Cape, South Africa. The service cannot be delivered off-site, cannot be transferred to another venue and cannot be provided remotely.
We serve customers in South Africa. Anyone may book from anywhere, but the bay must be played here.
Export restrictions
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
Beyond that, none apply. No goods leave the country or the building, because no goods are supplied at all. The entire service is rendered on our premises.
If something goes wrong on the day
If the bay you booked is not available when you arrive, whether that is a fault, a power problem, damage or an overrun we could not clear, we will act in this order and always with your agreement:
- move you to another bay at the same time or
- start you late and extend your session by the time you lost or
- move your booking to another slot that suits you or
- refund you in full to the card you paid with.
If we shorten a session that has already started, we refund the portion you did not get. The full detail is in our refund policy.
Late arrival
We hold your bay for 20 minutes past your start time. Arriving inside that window is fine, though the session still ends at its booked end time so that the group after you is not pushed back. Beyond 20 minutes with no word from you, see the refund policy.
